Remove SSRF validation from admin-only Lidarr and Audiobookshelf test
endpoints -- admins configuring their own service URLs on private networks
is expected Docker/LAN usage, not an attack vector. SSRF protection
remains on all user-facing fetch paths (cover art, podcasts).

Bump numpy floor from 1.24.0 to 1.25.0 in CLAP analyzer requirements --
numpy.exceptions (needed by scipy/sklearn/transformers) was introduced
in 1.25.0.
