Your Name 9108367345 fix: drop +cpu suffix from torch pins so Docker build resolves on arm64
PR #178 pinned torch/torchaudio/torchvision to 2.5.1+cpu to stop the
pip resolver from installing mismatched torch + torchaudio versions
(the actual root cause of #165 -- pip resolved torch 2.5.1+cpu but
torchaudio 2.11.0+cpu, which is ABI-incompatible). The pins are
correct in intent and pair correctly on amd64, but the +cpu local
version suffix does not exist on the pytorch CPU index for linux/arm64
for torch < 2.6.0. v1.7.10's build failed on the arm64 pass at step
7/41 with:

  ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement
  torch==2.5.1+cpu (from versions: ..., 2.5.0, 2.5.1, 2.6.0+cpu, ...)

Note: on arm64 the same index serves torch==2.5.1 without the +cpu
suffix, while on amd64 it serves torch==2.5.1+cpu. PEP 440 specifies
that a version spec without a local tag matches any local variant,
so 'torch==2.5.1' resolves to 2.5.1+cpu on amd64 and 2.5.1 on arm64
from the same pin. Verified by reproducing the full CLAP + transformers
+ laion_clap + tensorflow-cpu 2.13 + essentia import chain against
'torch==2.5.1' in chevron7locked/kima:v1.7.9 on amd64 -- all succeed.

Everything else PR #178 pinned (numpy==1.24.4, scipy==1.10.1,
pandas==2.0.3, the fail-fast import check) is untouched. The pip
warnings about numpy 1.24.4 vs tensorflow's <=1.24.3 cap and
typing-extensions 4.9.0 vs tensorflow's <4.6.0 cap are advisory --
tensorflow and essentia both run fine with these versions.

Also closes #165 properly this time. The v1.7.6 fix that bumped
services/audio-analyzer-clap/requirements.txt was dead code -- the
main Dockerfile only COPYs analyzer.py from that directory, never
installs from requirements.txt. CLAP was broken in every release
since the original Dockerfile until v1.7.10's pins (which would
have landed if the arm64 build had not failed).
