We were incorrectly ignoring errors when calling `is_numeric_string`,
meaning we would truncate hash fields that had integer prefixes.
```php
$redis->hmget('hash', ['123notaninteger']);
// Would actually execute:
// HMGET hash 123
```
Fixes #2731
